Breakfast Chef at Novotel Hotels
We are seeking a dedicated Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team. This role focuses on breakfast preparation and ensuring kitchen standards are met from start to finish.
Responsibilities
* Ensure breakfast preparation and service from the kitchen meet the agreed standards.
* Maintain strict control of all food items issued from the kitchen during duty.
* Prepare all orders according to the instructions on the check.
* Ensure portion control is strictly adhered to; monitor wastage and follow up as needed.
* Store all food with correct stock rotation and maintain security of items at all times.
* Check goods delivered against required documentation for quantity and quality.
* Promote clear communication between the kitchen and other hotel departments at all times.
* Comply with Health and Safety regulations and Food and Hygiene Regulations.
* Wear appropriate protective clothing provided or advised by the company.
* Report defects in buildings or equipment per hotel procedures; report accidents to staff, guests, or visitors as required.
* Attend company training as required and action any reasonable requests from management.

Qualifications
