Role Overview:
* Location: Borehamwood - office based 5 days a week
* Package: £30,000 salary + benefits
* Industry: real-estate
What You’ll Do:
* Manage customer support tickets, queries, and correspondence across multiple channels with empathy and efficiency.
* Support contract administration by utilising internal systems to tender, implement, and monitor contractual obligations.
* Assist in risk management routines, ensuring timely upload and resolution of risk-related actions.
* Liaise with clients, contractors, internal teams, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and issue resolution.
* Maintain accurate records on internal databases, track progress, and generate clear written communications.
* Play a vital role in enhancing overall customer satisfaction, acting as a representative of our brand.
Required Skills:
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a polite and professional demeanour.
* Strong organisational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
* Proficiency in managing multiple tasks, prioritising effectively, and working under pressure.
* Ability to interpret legal and contractual documentation.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
* Good IT skills, including familiarity with CRM and database management systems.
Nice to Have Skills:
* Experience in property management, facilities support, or contract administration.
* Knowledge of health and safety protocols.
* Additional language skills are a plus.
Preferred Education and Experience:
* Minimum of a high school diploma; higher education or relevant certifications are advantageous.
