Building Surveyor – Permanent Position
We are recruiting for an outstanding opportunity for a Building Surveyor on a permanent basis.
This is home/site based and overseeing planned and capital works upgrades.
Responsibilities
* Management of the delivery of major works
* Contract administration
* Ensuring works are delivered on time, budget and to the desired specification
* Management of fire safety and compliance upgrades
* Tendering of special projects
* Contractor performance monitoring to ensure efficient performance
* Management of H&S and CDM
Qualifications
* Candidates should be an experienced Building Surveyor with appropriate qualifications and experience.
* Must be able to manage own time effectively and work under their own initiative.
* Should have experience managing contractors to deliver planned and major works.
* Must have a full driving licence and vehicle.
