We're looking for a passionate, innovative, and dedicated Registered Operations Manager to lead our journey and play a pivotal role in creating a safe, nurturing, and high-performing environment for children, foster carer's, and staff alike.

About the Role:
Provide strong leadership to the team, setting high standards of practice and championing a child-centered approach.
Oversee the recruitment, training, supervision, and development of staff and foster carers.
Manage foster placements, ensuring quality care, safeguarding, and full compliance with Ofsted, the Fostering Services (England) Regulations 2011, and National Minimum Standards.
Build strong partnerships with local authorities, commissioners, and external agencies.
Lead on policy development, quality assurance, and strategic planning.
Play a critical role in regulatory inspections, representing the agency with professionalism and integrity.
Respond to critical incidents and safeguarding concerns with appropriate urgency and care.
Contribute to the growth and reputation of the agency through innovation and best practice.
What We're Looking For:
A qualified Social Worker (essential)
Registered with Social Work England (essential)
Management Qualification (Level 5 or working towards - preferred)
Minimum 2 years' experience in a relevant fostering management role
At least 1 year of experience supervising professional staff
In-depth knowledge of current fostering legislation, guidance, and safeguarding standards
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
A commitment to promoting diversity, inclusion, and best outcomes for children
Full UK driving licence (preferred)
