Are you passionate about pets and providing exceptional customer service? We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Store Colleagues, where your role will be at the heart of our pet care centres. You will play a vital part in ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience, setting us apart and fostering loyalty to our great brands.
As a Store Colleague, you'll be key to our success by exceeding customer expectations, upholding top pet care standards, and ensuring excellent operations. You'll build strong customer relationships, enhancing their experience with us. We seek motivated, energetic individuals for a customer-focused, target-driven retail environment. Availability across 3-4 days per week, including Friday and weekends, is required. Shifts run from early starts at 6:00am to late finishes at 9:00pm. Morning shifts will set the store up for success, supporting deliveries and stock processing.
Key Responsibilities
* Offer outstanding, personalized customer service to every visitor.
* Assist with store set-up, deliveries, and stock processing.
* Meet and exceed store sales targets and performance metrics.
