What You'll Be Doing
Depending on your focus (temporary, permanent, or both), your day-to-day will include:
Keeping the branch running smoothly with top-notch admin and clerical support
Creating a warm, professional welcome for every visitor and caller
Managing time sheets, payroll, and compliance with precision
Coordinating candidate interviews and guiding them through the registration process
Supporting consultants in filling roles and delivering exceptional service
Organising temp lunches, rewards, and fun branch initiatives
Helping with marketing, resourcing, and lead generation
Interacting with clients and candidates to keep everything flowing
Supporting our social media presence-helping to create engaging content, promote job opportunities, and showcase our amazing team culture
What You Bring
We're looking for someone who is:
A team player with a strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude
Super organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
A natural communicator who builds relationships with ease
Proactive, creative, and ready to take initiative
You'll Need:
Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Bonus Points If You Have:
Knowledge of the recruitment industry or sales process
Familiarity with commercial markets and marketing campaigns
Experience with internet research and candidate sourcing
A flair for social media and content creation
