Job Responsibilities
1. Interpret Business Needs: Translate business and technical requirements into clear architectural designs that support long-term product evolution and strategic goals.
2. Assess Technology: Evaluate current systems for gaps and opportunities, guide end-of-life decisions, and recommend improvements to reduce technical debt and enhance efficiency.
3. Apply Technology: Lead solution design across platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, security, and performance. Collaborate across teams to deliver robust, integrated solutions that drive business outcomes.
4. Experience designing solutions in regulated industries (insurance/financial services ideal).
5. Strong grasp of modern architecture patterns (MACH, event-driven, DDD).
6. Hands-on experience with C4, ArchiMate, and tools like Ardoq, LeanIX, or Orbus.
7. Technical background in .NET, Java, Python, Azure, CI/CD, APIs, and data platforms.
8. Familiarity with mobile/web frameworks, serverless, and edge computing.
9. Ability to translate business needs into executable, traceable designs.
10. Passion for collaboration, continuous learning, and inclusive innovation.
