This can be a temporary role to start as soon as possible, for someone with a lot of experience, to tackle the work with families, potentially turning into a permanent role if both parties would like so. You will need working knowledge of interventions to families, driving change in your work with parents. You would also need knowledge of what thresholds are or the legislation that underpins how we make decisions about, and take action on, risk to children.
