7. £50,000 to £60,000 per year, complete on-target earnings
8. £22000 to £27,5000 basic salary, dependent on experience

A day in the life of a Branch Manager
16. Leading daily meetings with the Estate Agency team
17. Coaching the team to achieve KPI’s
18. Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
19. Encourage your teams development and progression
20. Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
21. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with venders and buyers
22. Liaising with prospective buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
23. Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
24. Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies
Essential Skills of a Branch Manager
25. Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
26. Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator position, a Property Valuer position, or higher
27. Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
28. Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively with and create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities and each other
29. The ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch
30. The ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitors
31. A strong understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency
32. Ability to manage time sensitive and high volume workloads
33. A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
34. Ability to work under own initiative
35. Good telephone manner
36. Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
