What You'll Be Doing:
You'll play a key role in our shared services team, supporting the end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes for a growing international business. This role offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration, continuous improvement projects, and hands-on financial operations in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the accounts payable/receivable inbox and process invoices accurately and on time
* Raise and process sales and purchase invoices, ensuring compliance with internal policies
* Reconcile supplier and customer accounts, resolving any discrepancies
* Support payment processing and apply receipts against customer accounts
* Review expenses submitted via SAP Concur for compliance
* Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Commercial, and wider Finance teams
* Support finance transformation and process improvement projects
About You:
We're looking for a motivated finance professional with:
* 2-3 years' experience in an accounts payable/receivable role, ideally within a larger or multinational business
* A relevant qualification (e.g. AAT, NVQ) or currently studying
* Familiarity with accounting software - SAP and VIM experience is a plus
* Strong Excel and data-entry skills, with great attention to detail
* A team player attitude with strong communication and problem-solving skills
* A proactive, organised approach, with the ability to manage your own workload
* Experience working in a transformation or systems improvement project is a bonus - but not essential
