We’re growing our creative team and are looking for talented Designers at all levels — Senior, Midweight, and Designer — who can bring big ideas, beautiful craft, and a passion for purposeful creativity to the table.
Whether you’re leading from the front or rolling up your sleeves, you’ll play a central role in shaping a wide variety of projects, collaborating closely with strategists, writers, and account teams to deliver work that inspires positive change.
As a confident storyteller, you know how to take clients on the journey — building trust, sparking excitement, and delivering creative that elevates every brief. With your mix of vision, independence, and collaborative spirit, you’ll help us keep pushing our work further.
What we’re looking for:
Depending on your level of experience, you’ll bring some or all of the following:
* Experience: From emerging designers with a growing portfolio, through to seniors with 4–6+ years’ experience leading creative campaigns.
* Craft: A strong understanding of both print and digital production, with a sharp eye for how design comes to life across multiple touchpoints.
* Collaboration: A natural team player who brings positivity, curiosity, and a proactive mindset to solving creative challenges.
* Leadership (for senior roles): A supportive mentor who can guide and energise junior creatives.
* Ownership: Comfortable managing projects end-to-end, balancing multiple deadlines while maintaining high standards.
* Passion: A love of design across digital and print, combined with the craft and strategic thinking to build memorable brands.
* Communication: Confident communicator and collaborator, able to work seamlessly with clients and colleagues alike.
* Curiosity: Eager to learn and grow, exploring new tools, skills, and ways of thinking.
* Insight: Up to date with design and communication trends, with an eye on how people connect with health and wellness brands.
* Boldness: Brave enough to push boundaries and explore fresh ideas, while staying aligned with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
