SDR Team Leader – Trafford Park, Manchester
Up to £35,000 basic + strong commission (OTE £8.5k–£22k+)
Full-time, permanent | 3 days a week on-site
We’re working with a fast-growing, award-winning tech provider that’s looking to bring an SDR Team Leader into the business. It’s a great role for someone who still enjoys being hands-on with sales but also wants to take on leadership responsibilities and help shape a small SDR team. If you’re ambitious, motivated, and looking for a genuine step forward in your career, this could be a strong fit.
What the role offers
* A clear route into account management or new business managerial positions within 12–18 months.
* Commission that actually rewards your work.
* Exposure to larger, more strategic sales cycles (deals often £100k+).
* Direct support from senior commercial leaders, including the Chief Growth Officer.
* A proper sales toolkit (Salesforce, Pardot, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator).
What you’ll be doing
* Leading, coaching, and supporting a small team of SDRs.
* Running outbound and inbound outreach yourself (phone, email, LinkedIn, whatever works).
* Booking meetings, demos, and webinars with the right people.
* Researching target accounts and tailoring your approach.
* Working closely with the marketing team to warm up inbound leads.
* Tracking performance and sharing ideas to improve outreach.
What they’re looking for
* Solid sales experience and background.
* Someone driven, resilient, and comfortable working towards targets.
* A good communicator who can build rapport quickly.
* Someone organised and coachable who wants to learn.
* Ideally someone with experience working for or with an MSP but not essential.
