Why this role is important to us
As our Executive Assistant & Engagement Lead, you will be the trusted partner to the ECS Managing Director and Leadership Team – keeping operations running smoothly while driving projects that make ECS a great place to work. This is your chance to combine organisational excellence with creativity and help shape a positive, inclusive culture.
This is a hybrid role based in our Nottingham or London office reporting to our Managing Director of Consumer Services.
Work That Matters – What You’ll Do
* Own complex diary management for senior leaders and ensure seamless scheduling.
* Prepare high quality reports and presentations for leadership and board meetings.
* Use GenAI tools to capture meeting notes, decisions, and follow‑up actions.
* Organise team workshops, ‘All Hands’ events, and engagement activities that inspire connection.
* Lead our Great Place to Work agenda – team‑building, cultural celebrations, wellness programmes, and more.
* Manage expense processing, purchase orders, and invoices with accuracy.
