Being a General Manager
Reporting to your Regional Operations Manager, you will assume full responsibility for the delivery of operational excellence in your restaurant.
This will include:
* Full accountability for the effective delivery of people, guest experience, sales, profit, operational standards, and Health & Safety
* Ensuring that TGI Friday’s standards are maintained, and the store performance delivers budget and growth through a People First, Guest Obsessed, Operational Excellence Strategy
* Leading by example and being a cultural ambassador for TGI Fridays
About you
To be successful you will need to demonstrate the following:
* Solid experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading and delivering.
* The ability to demonstrate the delivery of a guest obsessed culture.
* Restaurant / hospitality experience.
* Proven track record of leading teams to success.
* Strong financial skills and be able to comfortably manage all audits and due diligence.
* The ability and skill to manage budgets, labour controls and forecasting.
* Strong commercial acumen that enables you to drive sales and deliver business results.
* Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to think fast.
* Great communication skills that allow you to lead and inspire a team and delight our guests.
* Showing your amazing personality every shift to make it a great experience for every guest.
