You must have a minimum of 3 months full time experience or 6 months part time and be able to commit to 35hrs per week Monday to Friday

You’ll work closely with attendees, helping them develop confidence, independence, and social connections through meaningful activities. Whether it’s supporting someone with daily tasks, leading engaging sessions, or simply being a friendly face, your role is all about empowering and uplifting others.
Key Responsibilities
* Support & Care: Provide person-centred support, ensuring dignity, respect, and independence.
* Engagement & Activities: Plan and facilitate activities that promote social inclusion, skill-building, and enjoyment.
* Advocacy & Communication: Encourage individuals to express their needs and preferences, ensuring their voices are heard.
* Health & Wellbeing: always prioritising safety and comfort.
* Team Collaboration: Work alongside colleagues to provide holistic support.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of individuals’ progress, activities, and any concerns.
