Our client, a leading services organisation, is seeking a Corporate Tax Analystto join their dedicated Tax team. Offering hybrid working and excellent training, this role will play a crucial part in delivering UK corporation tax compliance for a portfolio of subsidiary entities, as well as supporting the compliance requirements of their largest banking entities.
What you’ll do:
* Manage a portfolio of group companies, preparing tax provisions and disclosures.
* Liaise with Finance teams to gather information for tax computations.
* Assist with quarterly corporation tax instalments, group relief plans, and settlements with HMRC.
* Support the year-end group reporting process and assist with specialist tax processes.
What we’re looking for:
* A background in Tax, Audit orAccounting
* Candidates who are part-qualified or qualified (ACCA / ICAS / ACA / ATT / CTA or equivalent).
* Strong Excel skills and good general business and commercial awareness.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
