Job description
* JOB TITLE: Driver Satisfaction Advisor
* SALARY: £29,431
* LOCATION(S): Watford
* HOURS: Full-time
* WORKING PATTERN: For the first 6 months, in-office for 5 days a week, then hybrid with at least three days per week at Watford office

Support and manage driver complaints, escalate to a Resolutions Manager when appropriate, and ensure timely responses.

What you’ll need
* Support Resolution Managers to respond to drivers within SLA
* Respond to driver feedback on Feefo
* Acknowledge new complaints, providing contact details of Resolution Managers
* Complete KPI and monthly reports for service scores
* Analyze complaint data to identify root causes
* Improve driver experience through feedback analysis
* Support drivers via outbound calls for negative feedback
Useful experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Previous customer service experience
* Attention to detail
