Day-to-day, you'll: Work alongside individuals with learning disabilities to achieve personal goals. Promote inclusion, dignity, and choice. Provide respectful, person-centred support. Empower people to live independently and be active in their communities. Depending on an individual needs you may be required amongst other things to provide personal care, support with medication, maintaining household tasks and manage a tenancy. Be warm and friendly and have a natural caring nature, great sense of humour and a positive energy that brings a smile to people's faces.
