Assistant Electrical Estimator & Pre-Construction Manager – Croughton (NN13); Hybrid (4 office days / 1 WFH) | Full Time | Up to £40,000.
EliteHire Solutions are looking for an Assistant Electrical Estimator & Pre-Construction Manager to join a growing electrical contractor supporting projects across commercial, industrial, renewables and high-end residential sectors.
Ideal for a hands on electrician ready to step off the tools or a junior estimator / graduate wanting to build a long term pre-construction career.
Responsibilities
* Prepare accurate electrical estimates and tender submissions
* Review drawings, specs and scopes
* Carry out take-offs and obtain supplier/subcontractor quotes
* Attend site visits and pre-tender meetings
* Support design development and technical submissions post-award
* Work closely with directors, engineers and contracts teams
* Help shape cost-effective, buildable solutions
What We\'re Looking For
* Electrical site experience or relevant qualification/degree
* Strong knowledge of electrical installations and regulations
* Confident with Excel and estimating tools
* Commercial awareness and attention to detail
* Proactive, organised and eager to learn
* Full UK driving licence
