Responsibilities
* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the diverse needs of students.
* Create a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation and fosters a love for learning.
* Assess and evaluate student progress through regular testing, assignments, and feedback.
* Maintain clear communication with parents regarding student performance and behaviour.
* Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and enhance teaching strategies.
* Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all students.
Requirements
* A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) is essential.
* Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching practices.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students effectively.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching children or young adults.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while also being self-motivated.
* Previous teaching experience is advantageous but not mandatory; newly qualified teachers are welcome to apply.
