Senior Healthcare Assistant (Level 3) – Hitchin – £13.35 per hour – Night Shifts

What You’ll Need
Essential
* Level 3 in Health and Social Care
* Medication administration training and experience
* Proven experience working with older adults
* Experience leading or supervising staff on shift
* Confidence managing responsibility during night shifts
* Experience in a nursing home or dementia care setting
What You’ll Do
* Deliver safe, person-centred care to residents throughout the night
* Lead and coordinate the night care team
* Act as the senior point of contact for incidents or clinical concerns
* Administer medication in line with training and policy
* Complete accurate care records and night handovers
* Maintain a calm, safe environment for residents and staff
* Support and guide junior care staff on shift
