The Role
As a key member of our operations team, you'll take charge of servicing, repairing, installing and maintaining a wide range of equipment, vehicles, building facilities and marine systems. You'll lead projects, and ensure every job meets our industry-leading quality standards.
This is a role for someone who enjoys responsibility, takes pride in precision, and isn't afraid to get stuck in.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Overhauling, servicing and repairing mechanical, vehicle and marine/ship systems
2. Leading and training staff, ensuring safe and efficient working practices
3. Liaise with operations managers to help plan and organise projects
4. Completing surveys, reports and customer sign-offs with accuracy and professionalism
5. Managing waste and by-product disposal in line with environmental legislation
6. Using ultrasonic cleaning, wet blasting and HP jet washing equipment
