The Role We’re seeking dedicated Service Centre Operators to join our 24/7 operations team. You’ll serve as the critical link between clients, customers and our rapid-response network, using cutting-edge systems to coordinate responders during live patrols. Essential Criteria We welcome applications from professionals with: Experience in security operations/personnel, medical dispatch, control room environments, or high-volume contact centres. Proven ability to perform under pressure in time-critical situations Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with full professional fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
