Brook Street Recruitment are working on behalf of our Belfast client who are currently seeking a highly experienced Freight Forwarder with a strong background in deep sea freight to join their established team

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage international deep sea freight shipments from booking through to delivery
* Liaise with shipping lines, overseas agents, hauliers, and customers
* Prepare and manage all necessary shipping documentation
* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure shipments meet all regulatory requirements
* Resolve any issues or delays efficiently and professionally
Requirements:
* Proven experience in freight forwarding, with a focus on deep sea freight
* Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A stable work history - we are seeking individuals who have demonstrated longevity and commitment in previous roles
