A vacancy has arisen for a WO (Any Profession) to serve as WO Co-ord at RAF Leeming on Full Time Reserve Service (Home Commitment) Terms and Conditions of Service (TCoS), with an initial proposed start date of 24 August 2026 (or earlier/later, subject to candidate status). The Warrant Officer Co-ord role involves the administration and coordination of airbase activity and deconfliction with Resident Unit outputs, fulfilling administrative duties associated with the Station Executive, and working within a small administrative hub team. Specific responsibilities include: Responsible for managing and reviewing Station PARMIS risks and the administration thereof. Act as focal point for strategy, performance, and risk management processes across the Northern Region. Act as focal point for Force Generation (FGen) coordination, regularly communicating with the 2 Gp FGen team. Manage and track all airbase FGen taskings and returns. Coordinate KPI returns across Station and Resident Units at RAF Leeming to meet mandated requirements and input to the Safety Management System. Engage, influence, build and manage effective relationships with internal and external key stakeholders at all levels across the Station and Resident Units. Assist with the management of the Station battle rhythm, including the associated coordination and administration of Station command and management boards. Function as the Support Wing liaison, working in close collaboration Support Wing Admin Assistant and other Support Wing Execs, to support projects and Wing resilience plans. Act as Data Protection Adviser and Wg SLIM point of contact. Support the RAF Leeming Chief of Staff and carry out any tasks as prescribed on behalf of OC Support Wing and/or Station Commander. Support and partake in visits and engagement activity across Station, as required.
