Assist with the delivery of residential projects from inception through to completion
Work alongside the planning and technical team to ensure successful project delivery
Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawingsSkills and experience for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:
Successfully completed your RIBA Part 2 qualification
Relevant experience as a Part 1 Architectural Assistant within a UK practice
Proficiency with AutoCAD
Experience working on projects within the residential sector
Experience working on RIBA stages 2 and 3
Excellent drawing and design skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Live within a commutable distance to the Birmingham area
