A growing managed hosting provider is looking for a proactive 1st Line Infrastructure Engineer to join their close-knit, technically strong team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills across 1st to 3rd line support and get real exposure to core infrastructure projects.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting environments built on Windows Server, AD, Exchange, RDS & Hyper-V
* Handling support queries (1st–3rd line) via phone, email & ticketing systems
* Troubleshooting network issues (DNS, VPNs, VLANs, Firewalls)
* Maintaining backup & disaster recovery systems
* Assisting with customer infrastructure projects & upgrades
* Visiting data centres when needed (with paid overtime)
✅ What You’ll Need:
* General IT support experience
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365
* A valid UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
* Eagerness to learn and grow in a hands-on, technical environment
