As a NOC (Network Operations Centre) Technician, you will provide administrative support to the NOC engineering team, ensuring incident resolution aligns with procedures and contractual KPIs. What you’ll do:
* Handle incoming calls and emails, responding in line with KPIs.
* Create network incident tickets from customer reports.
* Action Service Requests and allocate/despatch tickets to support and engineering teams.
* Manage incident tickets with regular updates.
* Coordinate traffic management with relevant providers and teams.
* Communicate with customers about network incidents.
* Collaborate with utility companies during power-related network issues.
Who you are:
You have previous experience supporting enterprise and service provider networks, ideally within a NOC environment.
