Leading the design and delivery of complex architectural projects
Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact
Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external consultants
Overseeing project programmes, budgets, and resource planning
Producing and reviewing design and technical documentation
Ensuring compliance with UK regulations and quality standards
Mentoring and supporting junior team members
Contributing to design reviews, bids, and strategic inputIdeal Candidate
ARB/RIBA qualified Architect with significant post-qualification experience
Proven track record of leading projects through all RIBA stages
Strong design and technical delivery skills
Proficiency in BIM, ideally Revit
Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing abilities
Commercial awareness and project management capability
Passion for high-quality, sustainable design
