We’re looking for a digital trailblazer to join our in-house marketing team and take the reins on SEO strategy, implementation, and performance. You’ll play a key role in driving visibility across our brands, especially Future Fit Training, the UK’s leading provider of health, fitness, and nutrition education. This is a hybrid role, with 2–3 days per week at our Fareham HQ. You’ll be surrounded by a team that celebrates bold ideas, challenges convention, and genuinely enjoys working together.
Responsibilities
* Lead and execute SEO strategy across all brands, with a core focus on Future Fit Training
* Conduct technical audits and implement SEO improvements
* Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to inform content planning
* Collaborate with the brand and content team to optimise landing pages and blogs
* Support SEO-friendly site architecture and UX enhancements
* Monitor performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (e.g. Ahrefs)
* Track algorithm updates and adapt strategy to maintain and grow rankings
* Report on SEO performance and share actionable insights with the wider team
* Contribute to digital campaigns across email, paid social and web content
* Help shape CRO and UX improvements through data-driven insights
Qualifications
* Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO
* Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices
* Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS
* Confident using tools like GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs
* Ability to interpret data, spot trends, and present clear insights
* Strong copywriting and content optimisation skills
* A collaborative mindset and ability to influence across teams
* Creative flair and a passion for improving user experience
* A self-starter attitude with excellent time management
* Awareness of AI’s impact on search and digital trends
