Location: Southam (On-Site)
Salary: £26,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

We are recruiting for an Internal Sales Representative to join a leading technology manufacturer based in Southam. This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships and being part of a fast-paced commercial team. You will act as the first point of contact for incoming enquiries, helping to qualify opportunities, support customers and develop your sales skills within a highly supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Acting as the first point of contact for inbound sales enquiries via phone, email and website
* Building rapport with customers and identifying sales opportunities
* Preparing and sending quotations
* Maintaining accurate CRM records and following up enquiries
* Supporting the external sales team and liaising with internal departments
* Developing product knowledge and confidence to eventually deliver your own customer presentations and demos
What We're Looking For

* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
* Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Self-motivated, proactive and customer focused
* Previous customer service, administration or sales support experience would be advantageous
