We are looking for a People Assistant to join our London, Edinburgh, Manchester or Liverpool office to assist People Advisors, Senior People Advisors and People Advisory Managers in providing a commercial people service to RSM. In this role you will work closely with the People team and support the wider business.

You’ll make an impact by:

1. Providing administrative support for Employee Relations (ER) processes and meetings
2. Responding to inquiries and requests via the central People Team inbox
3. Creating, running, and delivering weekly, monthly, and annual reports, including data analysis
4. Supporting employee wellbeing through managing return-to-work processes
5. Managing the leavers process, including handling leaver forms, scheduling exit interviews (where applicable), and conducting interviews for red/blue grade employees
6. Overseeing employee lifecycle activities, such as maternity/paternity meetings and related paperwork

13. Experience in a professional office environment
