As our Kitchen Administration Manager, you will be central to the smooth working of our kitchen by lending your culinary knowledge and administrative support.
This is a 48-hour contract, full-time position.
This is a 12 month Maternity Cover starting December 2025.

Your day at Aqua:
* Kitchen Order: Assist the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations and lend administrative support in keeping the kitchen well-stocked and organised.
* Team Collaboration & Admin: Coordinate the team's holiday and rotas so that the kitchen is well-staffed and running smoothly.
You will be paid £30,534.76 per annum. In addition, you can be a part of the venue's Tronc system, which may give you up to £14,492.00 extra per year. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
