Overview
Chelmsford College is seeking to appoint an outstanding Independence and Inclusion Coach to work with young people with a range of learning difficulties and disabilities, supporting their educational, personal and wellbeing needs. This role requires someone who is passionate about supporting and empowering young individuals.
Responsibilities
* Provide independence and inclusion coaching to learners with learning difficulties and disabilities to support educational, personal and wellbeing outcomes.
* Collaborate with teaching staff and support teams to adapt learning activities and resources.
* Monitor progress and contribute to individual education plans.
* Support safeguarding and welfare of children and young people.
Qualifications
* GCSE English and Maths at grades 4-9 or equivalent qualification.
* Commitment to equality and diversity and safeguarding.
Contract and Salary
Pay range: Between £19,309.94 and £20,973.13 actual. Position Start Date: Immediate. Contract Type: Part-time. Contract Term: Permanent.
