Responsibilities
1. Support wider T&OC activities and projects as needed
2. Assist with internal communications relating to learning and talent
3. Build effective relationships with stakeholders across the business
4. Undertake additional duties aligned to the role.
Required skills, qualifications and experience
5. Proven experience working within a Learning & Development (L&D) function
6. Demonstrable experience coordinating and managing training programmes
7. Proactive self-starter with the ability to think creatively and solve problems
8. High level of discretion with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately
9. Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging effectively with employees, managers and external training providers
11. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
12. Confident user of MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Access
Desirable:
13. Experience supporting the delivery of structured learning or development programmes
14. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or HR systems
