Job Description
3. Primarily to manage the processing of invoices and payments.
4. Ensure accuracy in accounting & finance reporting.
5. Sporadically assist in monthly and annual financial closings.
6. Occasionally support in audits to ensure compliance with retail industry standards.
7. Maintain and update financial records.
8. Develop and implement efficient accounts payable procedures.
9. Support the accounting & finance team in other tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Accounts Payable' should have:
10. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and retail industry standards.
11. Previous & relevant experience in Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger roles.
12. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
13. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
14. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
15. A proactive mindset and problem-solving skills.
