The AWS RI Operations Team is in need of a driven, analytical, and process-oriented individual to own the creation and processing of Reservation Product transaction requests.
Process and audit Reservation Product transactions such as: cancellations, purchases, migrations, and modifications while adhering to Legal, Security, and Compliance requirements
- Investigate data discrepancies, quickly establish root causes, and propose appropriate solutions
- Occasionally retrieve and evaluate data using Excel and other data management/BI systems

Proficient in Excel (e.g. Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects
Existing knowledge of AWS Reservation Products and tooling
