Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for technology and security solutions? We’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join a leading CCTV manufacturer, driving sales across London and the Southeast.
This is a fantastic opportunity to represent a respected brand in a booming industry, selling cutting-edge CCTV systems to end-users, installers, and integrators.
🔑 What You’ll Do
* Proactively identify and win new business across the South East and London region.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with security installers, integrators, and end-user clients.
* Present, demonstrate, and promote high-quality CCTV products and solutions.
* Develop sales strategies to exceed targets and drive revenue growth.
* Manage your pipeline effectively, from prospecting to closing deals.
* Provide market insight, competitor analysis, and feedback to shape sales strategy.
👤 What We’re Looking For
* Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within CCTV, security, or technology solutions.
* Strong network of contacts in security installation/integration (preferred).
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
* Based in the South East/London, with willingness to travel across the region.

* Basic Salary: Up to £60,000
* OTE: £85,000+ uncapped earning potential
