Key Responsibilities
Win new business across your region through direct outreach and site visits
Speak with companies about their equipment and asset finance needs
Use your existing network to identify and approach new opportunities
Build strong relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
Present tailored finance options that help customers purchase assets and machinery
Manage the full sales process from first contact to deal completion
Keep accurate notes and pipeline updates in the CRM system
Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity
Represent the company at trade shows and networking events
Skills & Experience
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
5+ years of B2B sales experience
Existing relationships in one or more of the listed sectors
Strong negotiation and presentation skills with consultative selling ability
Confident managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Skilled in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Self-motivated, independent, and structured in approach
