Diagnosing vehicle faults accurately using both technical knowledge and diagnostic equipment
Performing repairs and routine servicing to manufacturer standards
Conducting road tests to ensure issues are fully resolved
Handling parts efficiently, including correct storage and inventory management
Delivering excellent customer service and vehicle care
Ensuring all work complies with safety, quality, and safety standardsRequirements for the Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester position:
Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
Proven experience in diagnostics, repairs, and routine servicing
Previous MOT testing experience is desirable but not essential
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
Full UK driving licence
