This entry-level role sits within the New Claims Department, handling the first stage of personal injury and RTA cases. Youll gain valuable exposure to the legal process while developing practical skills in a busy, supportive office environment.
What Youll Do:
? Process and assess new client claim enquiries.
? Collect and input client and case information accurately.
? Communicate with clients and external parties by phone and email.
? Support solicitors and fee earners with case setup.
? Maintain up-to-date and compliant case records.
