As our Club Development Officer in the North West, you’ll sit right at the heart of this vision, helping clubs, coaches, and volunteers thrive so that more people can experience the magic of triathlon.

What You’ll Do
* You’ll be a friendly face and trusted presence, bringing people together across Cumbria, Lancashire, Merseyside, Greater Manchester and Cheshire, helping clubs and communities feel supported and confident every step of the way
* Support the growth, governance, and sustainability of our club network
* Encourage and champion volunteers, coaches, and committees, so they can create welcoming, memorable experiences for every member
* Assist in the delivery of national priorities in areas such as membership growth, workforce development, tackling inequalities, and safeguarding
