Quality Controller

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join a dynamic manufacturing environment in the Barry area. About the Role
Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will lead quality inspection, testing, and process control activities while managing a small team of quality staff. This full-time role (37 hours per week) offers the opportunity to influence quality standards, support manufacturing efficiency, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Comprehensive experience in systematic data collection and analysis
* Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and implement solutions
* Strong background in developing and writing Standard Operating Procedures
* Track record of leading process improvements and quality initiatives
