Planning Manager (Town Planning) | Residential Developer | Surrey
I’m currently working with a privately owned residential developer looking to appoint a Planning Manager to join their Planning Team.
This is a key role focused on managing and progressing a pipeline of both immediate and strategic land opportunities, playing a central part in driving planning strategy and adding value across sites.
You’ll be responsible for leading planning appraisals, managing the full planning process through to approval, and coordinating internal teams and external consultants. The role offers strong exposure to land, technical and commercial teams, with real input into decision making.
Requirements:
• Experience within a residential developer or planning consultancy
• Strong understanding of the UK planning system
• Ability to manage projects from appraisal through to consent
• Confident working with stakeholders and consultant teams
• MRTPI qualification is preferred but not essential
