Location: Old Norse Lodge, Grimsby, Lincolnshire
Hours: 08:00 – 20:00 | 3 days on, 3 days off (rolling rota)
Pay: £14.86 per hour (PAID BREAKS)
Contract: Permanent | Average 42 hours/week

About the Role:
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will:
* Lead and support a team of Care Assistants
* Administer medication and update care plans
* Mentor new or less experienced staff
* Oversee the daily operations of your designated floor
* Ensure compliance with care home standards and procedures
This is a hands-on, rewarding role where your leadership and care will directly impact the lives of our residents.
What We're Looking For:
* NVQ/Diploma Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
* Experience in a care setting
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisation skills
* A compassionate nature and commitment to delivering person-centred care
