Job Title: Lettings Associate – Docklands & City Office\n Salary: basic £35,000 OTE £75,000 per annum (dependent on experience)\n We are looking for a driven and professional Lettings Lister to join a team at a Docklands and City office. With a 150-year legacy of excellence in the lettings industry, taking pride in providing outstanding service and a deep understanding of the property market. A large portion of business comes from repeat clients and referrals, highlighting the trusted reputation both locally and internationally.\n Key Responsibilities:\n \nActively seek out and secure new business opportunities through self-generated appointments.
\nPlay a key role in helping the branch meet and surpass targets for property appraisals, instructions, lettings, and other performance indicators in line with the branch’s goals. \nConduct thorough market appraisals and secure new instructions in accordance with company standards and conversion rates. \nOrganise and host property viewings, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process.
\nKeep the applicant database up to date and manage it effectively. \nMaintain regular communication with landlords and tenants, ensuring all interactions are properly recorded. \nOversee the lettings process from initial offer to move-in, ensuring a seamless transition.
\nContribute to business growth and support in generating new business opportunities. \nAssist with various administrative tasks in the office as needed. \nBuild and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients through trust and professionalism.
\nWork closely with colleagues across all departments, referring business where appropriate. Required Skills and Experience:\n \nStrong organisational and time management skills. \nExcellent written and verbal communication abilities.
\nProfessional, positive attitude with a strong work ethic and enthusiasm. \nA customer-focused approach and a passion for exceeding targets. \nSelf-motivated, with great attention to detail and high accuracy.
\nAbility to work independently as well as part of a team. \nProficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. \nStrong arithmetic and English language skills.
\nFull UK driving licence is essential.
