Overview
Team Manager - Independent Living Services (16-18 year olds) for Gloucestershire, Worcestershire and surrounding counties. Based mainly at Cheltenham headquarters, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend cover if needed. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required due to property locations. Experience in supporting young people with independent living and management is essential. A £2,000 welcome bonus is offered to external applicants.
Responsibilities
* Ensure staffing, contractual, legal and audit requirements are met in line with Ofsted Standards for the expanding Independent Living Support Services.
* Lead and develop the team of senior support workers, implementing a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach to empower young people in improving independent living skills.
* Coordinate the rota to ensure appropriate coverage and participate in on-call duties shared among managers.
* Develop and re-enforce consistent high-quality support across placements, including new properties as the service grows (from a few properties to 20+ across multiple counties).
* Contribute to service development and implementation of new initiatives to sustain growth and quality of care.

* Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week

* Pay: £26,550 - £29,400, depending on experience
