Deliver results that meet or exceed the Key Performance Indicators / Service Level Agreement for the customer through full responsibility and accountability, providing a service that aids in contract retention.
Undertake additional training to ensure continuous self-development.
Main Duties
Operations
* Ensure compliance with all policies, legal, and regulatory requirements as directed by the Security Account Manager and in accordance with UK Law and Guidance bodies.
* Complete all site tasks and duties as defined within the published Assignment Instructions (AI's).
* Review and familiarize oneself with changes in the Assignment Instructions and suggest amendments to improve service.
* Obtain and wear required licenses at all times, including Security Guarding or Door Supervision licenses, CCTV PSS SIA License, and additional contractual courses.
* Comply with legal obligations and safety requirements.
* Follow instructions and procedures appropriately.
* Work systematically and methodically.
Training
* Complete all required competency training satisfactorily.
* Undertake additional training for self-development as directed.
* Utilize technology for work objectives and professional growth.
* Renew licenses 16 weeks before expiry.
Security and Health & Safety
* Report any hazards or potential hazards immediately.
* Stay alert to threats or environmental changes and take appropriate action.
* Maintain professional conduct during challenging situations.
* Document incidents accurately and promptly for reports.
* Adhere to schedules and demonstrate commitment to Mitie and the Client.
* Carry out check calls as stipulated.
* Report incidents to emergency services and Communication Centre.
