Pyramid8 are looking for a driven and hands on Marketing Executive to support marketing operations across a diverse portfolio of programmes, commercial activity, events and partnerships. This is a high responsibility role that combines creativity, organisation and operational delivery, working closely with marketing, commercial and operational teams.
You will play a key role in delivering consistent, high quality marketing output, managing partner and supplier activity, and supporting brand development across multiple platforms. Acting as a brand ambassador, you’ll represent the organisation with professionalism, enthusiasm and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the design and delivery of marketing and communication strategies that increase awareness and engagement
2. Manage marketing related finance, supplier relationships and ensure contractual and legal compliance
3. Collaborate with operational and management teams to meet all sponsor, partner and branding obligations
4. Create and coordinate marketing collateral including presentations, proposals, partner updates, briefs and copy
5. Ensure brand consistency across all programmes, channels and outputs
6. Manage marketing suppliers and place orders in a timely manner (e.g. merchandise, apparel, promotional materials)
7. Support commercial and partnership teams with contractual fulfilment, including: Logo placement Social media and content deliverables Reporting and performance packs
8. Maintain organised marketing asset libraries, documentation and content archives
9. Assist with website updates, news articles, announcements and reports
10. Support the planning and execution of events, PR activities, sponsor visits and product or programme launches
11. Coordinate tours and visits at head office in collaboration with internal teams
12. Work closely with marketing, operational, technical and commercial colleagues to deliver accurate, timely output aligned with live activity
