Overview
Location: Bristol, United Kingdom. Aviva Greater Bristol Area reference. The IT Supplier Management Specialist role sits within Infrastructure & Operations and supports the IT supplier relationship managers in delivering value from our suppliers and a brilliant customer and colleague experience. The role may involve involvement with wider supplier management activity.
This position could be ideal for you if you have experience in stakeholder management, are naturally curious, and are focused on challenging and improving the status quo with a passion for learning and development.
Responsibilities
* Support management of supplier performance and supplier risks across a range of strategic IT suppliers and IT services.
* Analyse supplier data and ensure reporting is delivered on time and to quality.
* Build strong relationships with colleagues and suppliers; work with multiple IT organisations and technologies; develop supplier relationship management skills and progress your career at Aviva.
Skills and experience we’re looking for
* Good stakeholder and relationship management skills
* Understanding of IT service management practices and experience in service performance management
* Organised with good time management and attention to detail
* Growth mindset and a drive to improve
* Adaptable with the ability to prioritise effectively
* Experience in producing MI, data analysis and reporting

* Salary Circa: £35,000 (location, skills, experience, and qualifications considered)
